Pet Policy

Pets Welcome Upon Approval. One dog, cat, or mynah bird permitted or two lovebirds, canaries, or parakeets. Pet must be at least 1 year old. No pet offspring are allowed. The maximum weight is 20 pounds and the height limit is 18 inches. An additional $300 security deposit and $20 monthly pet rent will be required. Animals must not be left on patio areas unattended and must be kept quiet as not to disturb neighbors.
